With the end of the week fast approaching, I thought I'd get in a small blog, before probably not seeing a computer again till monday. I finished my Wednesday classes early and eagerly ran down the steps to hail a cab. I got on the bus a little while later, and it was all I could do to contain my excitement at going to pick up Clinton. After waiting at the arrival gate, for what seems like forever, out he came and off we went back to Uijeongbu. He was surprisingly not so tired. We both sat back in our bus seats and babbled away after not having seen each other for so long. He was pretty funny. Apparently he'd been studying how to read corean back at home before coming. He was trying to read signs on our way home and I couldn't help but be impressed. The icing was when we were just about home and stopped at a convenience store to get some beer and he looked at it and said, "oh...it's mekju!". I looked at him and was like....., "uh...wow, you even know that already. Guess you'll fit in here just fine." Anyhow, it's been pretty cool with him here and having someone else in the new apartment to talk with and hang out with. It's cool being able to show someone else the ropes too and not be the new girl anymore.
